Give Data a Voice.
(dah-tah-VOH-chay)
Data has a story to tell. My job is to help you hear it.
I'm Traci McGinnis, founder of Datavoce — a name that reflects exactly what I believe: that data has a voice, and the right analytics strategy can make it speak clearly, compellingly, and in service of real business outcomes.
With nearly two decades of experience leading data and analytics initiatives across the healthcare technology and software sectors, I've spent my career turning complex, messy data into strategic clarity. I've worked at the executive level guiding organizations through the full analytics lifecycle — from architecting data strategies and standing up informatics functions, to leading cross-functional teams and delivering insights that move the needle on both operational efficiency and revenue growth.
My deepest expertise lives at the intersection of healthcare and data. I've spent years immersed in healthcare claim data, enterprise data ecosystems, and the procurement and operational data that powers large, complex organizations. That background gives me a rare ability to understand not just the numbers, but the business context behind them — and to translate both into something your stakeholders can actually act on.
What drives me isn't the data itself — it's what it makes possible. I'm passionate about helping clients find the narrative inside their data: the insight that reframes a challenge, the trend that opens a new opportunity, the story that finally gets leadership aligned. That's what great analytics does. And that's what Datavoce is built to deliver.
I hold a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Informatics and Analytics from Tufts University School of Medicine, and I'm passionate about continued education — because in a field that evolves as fast as data and analytics, intellectual curiosity isn't optional. It's the job.
If you're ready to stop drowning in data and start making it work for you, I'd love to talk.
